Joe and his team get the job done. We used Joe for the sale and purchase of income properties. Both deals required a ton of patience, perseverance, and creativity. Joe was always there to guide us from offers falling through to zoning issues with the city of Chicago. He is knowledgeable and has a large real-estate network to get you the right property if you are buying. If you are selling Joe knows how to work all the possible angles and strategies. He is gritty and knows how to pivot when a new strategy is needed to get your property sold. It is clear from working with Joe and his team that they want to work with their clients to not just buy and sell but build portfolios and generate income.
